How can I get really silly billing problem resolved?
A couple of weeks ago I got the first of a series of emails from Yahoo advising that my bill had not been payed automatically as it has for the past year or so. Problem was new card with new expiration date. I have entered the new information on Yahoo’s many edit information pages, and spoken with numerous employees to no avail. For some reason the Yahoo system is not accepting the new expiration date….so now my site is suspended during the most critical time of my business year. I called until I’m blue in the face, been walked through several edit processes and still no results. Surely it can’t be that complicated and surely I should not not be suffering because of some system screw-up. This is maddening, not one person has offered (Yahoo staff) any real assistance or solutions. I get case reference numbers, but no results. Today I was finally told the case had been “Escalated”…meaning someone else was going to take a look—why was I not escalated last Monday or Tuesday. Help
