what business solution can any one help on this scenario?
Your local bank made a mistake on your printed checks, additionaly the bank charged you for thechecks, even though the order was supposed to be complinmentary for the customers opening a new account. How you draft a letter that allows your irritation to work for, rather than against, you?
Generally speaking give them a chance to correct their error and be friendly. Note the names of all the people that have helped/ distressed you .
Since the amount is not huge i am sure you can resolve this without writing a word now.
You should however take this opportunity to go see the manager and get to know him/her. Building a good relationship can lead to better things.
After resolving this matter, write a letter of thanking them for their services and note how impressed you were with their efficiency and excellent service.
After doing this , you will notice that the level of service in that brance will increase many folds especially to you.
