French business translations?
I am actually French, but many business terms I have learned in English and I now need to deal with French clients.
Looking for French translations to these business terms:
- Risk Management: gestion de risques?
- Decision-maker (the person who can make business decisions)
- Solution-provider (vendor, company who has solutions to sell)
- End-User (company who is looking for solutions, buyer)
- senior-level (term for V.P.’s, CEO’s, Presidents…)
These 2 terms are not really business terms, but they relate to my business: – tradeshow
- food safety: mesures de protection pour la nourriture?? (no, it’s got to be something else…)
Please help! I need to know how to say all these words in French both in France and Quebec.

When you don’t know, just say the English term, as it will normally work.
- Risk Management: gestion de risque sounds good to me;
- Decision-maker: responsable, décisionnaire, encadrement (?)
- Solution-provider: ?
- End-user: litteraly utilisateur final, but… client? acheteur?
- Senior-level: works in French, maybe cadres de haut niveau?
- Tradeshow: foire, salon.
-Food safety: sécurité alimentaire.
